These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DuoNex business intelligence application operated by DuoNex LLC.
DuoNex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the beta period at no charge.
By connecting your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize DuoNex to access your financial data through Intuit's API solely to respond to your queries. You may revoke this access at any time.
DuoNex is a business intelligence tool, not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional. All AI-generated answers are for informational purposes only and should be verified against your primary financial records before making business decisions.
DuoNex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated answers.
