DuoNex LLC ("DuoNex," "we," "us," or "our") operates the DuoNex business intelligence application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
DuoNex accesses your QuickBooks Online financial data solely to respond to your queries. We do not permanently store your QuickBooks financial data — it is fetched live per query and not retained on our servers.
We store only your encrypted OAuth access token, refresh token, and QuickBooks company ID (realmId) to maintain your authorized session. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128 encryption.
Your questions and relevant financial context are processed by OpenAI's API to generate answers. Your financial data is never used to train AI models.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or financial information with third parties except as required to operate the Service (OpenAI for AI processing, Intuit for QBO access).
You may disconnect DuoNex from your QuickBooks account at any time through the app or through your Intuit account settings. Upon disconnection, your stored tokens are deleted within 30 days.
